What Causes Recurrent Yeast And Urinary Tract Infections?

Hello I have been having back to back yeast infections and a urinary tract infection twice. A recent urine culture and sensitive as well as an hvs showed positive for yeast, epithelial and pus cell. In addition to this I have been having a lot of pelvic discomfort. Presently my monthly cycle is 5 days late and pregnancy test has shown negative. I am not sure what to do next because I have been to doctors who are not getting to the root of the problem. Help!!!

Hi,
It seems that there might be having yeast infection super added with bacterial infection traveling to urinary tract.
This might be due to itching and poor local hygiene.
You might require one course of antibiotic with oral anti-fungal medicine like Flucanozole 150 mg once in a week for 4 weeks.
Apply triple action cream locally.
Keep local hygiene clean, dry and airy.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
