What Causes Recurring UTI And Frequent Urination?

I have had frequent urination for 2 wkd now. Local er said severe UTI put me on cipro and an orange brownish pill. They said no sign of kidney stones. I have past 3 stones that I know of and I still can t stop going to the bathroom all the time. My bladder always fills full
