What Causes Recurring UTI Symptoms Post Intercourse?

Hi had recently undergone pcnl sygery for removal of stone, the surgery was successful but since then I had Instance of uti three of them being mild infection of ecoli and kelibsia.. And one was 100000 ..I have noticed that every time I had frequent safe sex I had uti symptoms. Please suggest.

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have recurrent urinary tract infection. You should go for blood sugar test. Diabetes is the most common cause of recurrent urinary infection. You should also go for urine culture and sensitivity test. Then you should start antibiotics accordingly. Levofloxacin or norfloxacin can be helpful.
