Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...Now and again my abdomen swells and makes me look pregnant. I have light foul smelling stool that floats on top of the water and is hard to flush, and I feel pain in the lower part of my abdomen, especially the right side. This pain in the lower part comes and goes, but the swelling of my abdomen occurs quite often and is often accompanied by severe cramps.
-Use simethicone medicine. -Avoid chewing gum. -Limit your intake of carbonated drinks. -Avoid foods that cause gas, such as vegetables in the cabbage family, dried beans, and lentils. -Eat slowly and avoid drinking through a straw. -Use lactose-free dairy products (if you are lactose intolerant).
