Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Recurring Abdominal Cramps With Frequent Bowel Movement?
My mirena was removed 7/20/15 and my period began the same day and didn t end until 7/28/15. My husband and I are TTC so we began trying 7/28/15. I ve had mild cramping on and off for the past two days. It starts in the morning and lasts about an hour and then starts up again in the evening. I ve also been going poop more frequently (every time I go to pee). Is it possible that these are early signs of pregnancy? Or is it far too early and it s a symptom of something more severe?

General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hi,
If you are trying for conception, please understand that the symptoms you have are not that of pregnancy but at the same time it also does not exclude pregnancy. You should try to manage the symptoms on taking plenty of water, easily digested food (boiled rice, light tea, light or black coffee fee, a bread slice, few pieces of apple with salt.
ORS if needful to avoid dehydration. You can take over the counter pill of Synalgesic 1/2 for too much of pain. On case of exaggerated symptoms or no relief in 4-5 days..consult your gynecologist to insert antibiotic to heal with minimum effects on pregnancy if it happens to be present.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
