What Causes Recurring Abdominal Pain?

I HAVE ABDOMINAL PAIN USED TO COME AND GO OVER THE YEARS UT NOW IS MORE FREQUENT, I HAVE HAD ENDOSCOPY WITH NOTHING SINISTER FOUND I HAVE ALSO HAD XRAY AND ULTRA SOUND SCANS OF MY KIDNEYS, LIVER AND GALL BLADDER, WHICH LOOK NORMAL, I HAVE HAD BLOOD TESTS AND URINE TESTS, MY DOCTOR IS BAFFLED AND THINKS MAYBE IBS BUT AM SURE IT IS NOT BECAUSE PAIN IS ALWAYS ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE NEAR ENOUGH ALWAYS THE SAME PLACE UNDER THE RIB CAGE AND MOST NOTABLE ON THE BACK WHERE THE KIDNEYS WOULD BE MOSTLY THIS PAIN IS IN THE MORNING WHEN I WOULD WAKE UP LIKE A NUMBNESS AND I WOULD FEEL BETTER ONCE THE BLOOD CIRCULATES?

Regarding your question, if all investigations came normal including imaging, endoscopy and blood work, possible cause of abdominal pain can be Irritable Bowel syndrome / IBS. For its treatment we recommend lifestyle modifications and medication.
