What Causes Recurring Abscess On The Top Of Head?

My Boyfriend Was Smashed On The Top Of His Head With A Excavator Almost A Year Ago. It Caused A Bump Around The Time That It Happened & It sThe Size Of A Quarter & It s Filled With Puss & Blood.. It Keeps Filling Back Up Everytime We Pop It. Any Idea What It Could Be?
