What Causes Recurring Abscess While Having Diabetes?

had abscess removed 4 times at theatre,also burst while in bed,had problem for 6months now,hospital keep sending me home,i then return in about 14days with the same problem,contant backache head ache ,making my life hell,age 43 13stone,diet controlled diabetic,please help

Recurrent abscess formation may indicate: (1) that some of the infective aspects have not been removed when the area is incised and drained
(2)the infection is not responsive to the antibiotics used. It may be resistant
(3)your immune system is impaired- your doctors may want to determine if there are issues with your immune response.
