General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

After going through your query I concluded that you may be having muscular pain in back as you are not able to sleep straight and also bending is a problem. I generally treat such patients coming to my clinic by advising them to rest in the most comfortable position and analgesic such as ibuprofen. A muscle relaxant such as Thiocolchicoside is helpful in relieving spasm. Vitamin B and C help in recovery.

You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ivan R. Rommstein, General Surgeon
