I have been getting back pain and then I got an mri and some blood tests . 3 docs who saw these said dont worry this is nothing .on only being overweight . I weight is 130 kgs .has been about 120 to 130 for last 10yrs 2 think there is an infection as thr esr is 52 They think it is TB . Is there any other way to find out . Is there a cure for this in Homiopathy or ayurveda .
After going through your query I concluded that you may be having muscular pain in back as you are not able to sleep straight and also bending is a problem. I generally treat such patients coming to my clinic by advising them to rest in the most comfortable position and analgesic such as ibuprofen. A muscle relaxant such as Thiocolchicoside is helpful in relieving spasm. Vitamin B and C help in recovery.
You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
