Hi, I have very tiny blisters less than 1mm in diameter on the right side of my outer foreskin. There are about 8 or so with most of these having popped open on their own which is how I noticed them when I felt a very slight cut feeling. I am sexually active but always use condoms. What could this be and this is the second time I have noticed this in a couple of months or so. The last time this just vanished on its own after a few days. what could be the cause of this.
