Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. If you send a picture of the rash it will be more helpful. It can be due to high uric acid or psoriasis. Uric acid level should be checked to rule out possibility of Gout. Is the rash red , silvery and shiny? Psoriasis usually give such lesions. In case of psoriasis salicylic acid and corticosteroids helps. If it is due to high uric acid taking low purine diet and taking uricosuric drugs will be helpful.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
