What Causes Recurring Blotchy Red Patches On Penis Post Intercourse?

hi. I am having some issues with my penis. The problem has been occurring probably the past year. I have a girlfriend but we are in a long distance relationship. The past year or so, whenever I am with my girlfriend and we are sexually active I have been getting small red spots on the head of my penis. Almost blotchy patches of red. Now there is never any pain, there is no pus or discharge, the spots have never taken a blister formation or puss has never come out of the marks. They usually last a couple of days then disappear and are not in regular positions, in the sense that the redness isn t always in the same areas. I have been to the clinic twice and had urine and blood tests...all of which came back negative. Unfortunately my redness has went by the time I went to the clinic but I asked about herpes and the nurse said herpes is normally more of a blister or small clusters that form into a blister. or there will be pain or something This isn t the case with my penis. The only time it causes a slight bit of discomfort is sometimes during sex. I never have discomfort when urinating either. My doctor said it could be caused by friction or suction from oral or something but it is reoccurring only when I am sexually active. I have unprotected sex and have been having it with my mrs for the past year (whenever we see each other) and she has never had anything wrong, no symptoms or anything. Any ideas what it could be? unfortunately when I went to see my doctor the redness had gone so there wasn t much he could look at or comment on. what can I do to solve the issue?

After infection symptoms occur with in 2-14 days.
For diagnosis you have to consult doctor and do testing for STDs:
1. Gram stain and culture
2. PCR and nucleic acid amplification test:swab should be taken from urethra
Following are the advice of Gonorrhea/Chlymadia:
1. Drugs: Cetriaxone 500 mg Intra mascular stat and Azithromycin 1 gram stat, because to treat gonorrhea and chlamydia.
It also overcome ceftriaxone resistance

Take following advice:
1.Change to a simple, unperfumed soap.
2.Alternatively, buy ‘aqueous cream’ from a pharmacy and use it as body-wash cream (i.e. apply a small amount and rinse off).
3. Put two handfuls of salt in the bath, but no other additives
4. Do not use ‘biological’ or ‘enzyme’ powders when washing your underpants
5. Showering after a workout, changing underwear, using a clean towel to dry off with and not redressing until the area is completely dry
6. Use ormulated penis vitamin formula- Man 1 Man Oil-contain:
with vitamins, minerals and shea butter- it moisturizes the skin and prevents flaking or cracked skin while revitalizing and enhancing the sensitivity of the penis
7. Apply anti fungal clotrimazole cream if severe or not resolved.
8. Use safer sex technique. Use condom if no allergy.
Maintain hygiene after sex.

Hope this may help you.
Best regards
