What Causes Recurring Bouts Of Fainting With Elevated Pulse Rate?

So I constantly faint and when I do its because my heart rate is between 150-175 and drops to 60-80 after a few minutes of passing out whenever I go to the hospital I m diagnosed with dehydration but I drank a gallon of water in less than 3 hours and went to the bathroom 4 times within the next hour each time feeling like I had never urinated more in my life and it was clear so I am trying to figure out what is wrong

* As per my clinical experience, there can be various possible issues with recurrent bouts of faining as

- diabetes incipidus
- insuline resistance
- problems of anti diuretic hormone release
- kidney disorders
- others

* In my clinic, after thorough clinical examination, I do recommend
- complete hemogram
- oral glucose tolerance test
- serum creatinine with nitrogen level
- blood gas analysis with pH, anion gap, electrolytes
- urine microscopy
- carotid doppler
- osmolarity of serum and urine
- urine 24 hour volume , sodium levels
- EKG
