What Causes Recurring Bouts Of Fatigue, Nausea And Dizziness?

My 15 year old daughter is dizzy, nauseous and is extremely tired. Shes had various blood tests, a chest xray and an ecg done and all came back clear. Shes not coeliac or has thyroid problems . This has been going on for 7 weeks now and I can t get to the bottom of this problem. Where do I go from here?

Your daughter's symptoms may be due to the following causes probably:
1) Severe iron deficiency anemia
2) Megaloblastic anemia
3) Aplastic anemia
4) Hemoytic anemia
5) Pernicious anemia
6) Malignancies of blood
7) Epstein Barre virus infection
8) Pituitary tumors
9) Cytomegalovirus
10) Toxoplasmosis
11) Viral hepatitis

Please discuss the above probable causes with your physician and the following tests will help like:
1) Blood tests like hb%, serum ferritin, TIBC, vitamin B12 levels
2) Peripheral smear
3) Liver and kidney function tests
