What Causes Recurring Bouts Of Numbness In Left Arm, Palpitations And Jaw Discomfort?

I am a 44 year old woman I an e peri ending heart palpitations left arm discomfort and heavy feeling in chest. I was just at my cardiologist in August. in June I had a ct scan of heart , a year ago I had stress test and almost 2 years ago heart catherization. dr said heart is fine. my left arm often goes numb I can t lay on that side and I often experience jaw discomfort. I am scared and I keep telling myself dr said its not heart. should I go to emergency room? so frustrated u feel like my symptoms are not taken seriously. thank you

* The recurring bouts of numbness in the left arm, jaw discomfort and palpitation may be partly related to possible fibromyalgia with anxiety and panic issues.

However, a detailed history, physical examination and co relation of supportive data facts of investigations are must to comment further in this regard.
