Hi thanks for contacting HCM. Noted you have right side chest pain... You are young..Here according to your complaint and history it seems to be simple musculoskeletal pain... Take rest. Apply hot compress to chest to relieve pain ... If needed analgesic can be taken... Avoid strenous muscle exercise... Take proper sleep posture with supine position.... As far as liver cause is concerned usually pain in right hypochondrium (abdomen) is present..And it can reffered to chest ... USG abdomen can to done to preliminary investigate liver condition... The bruise if increasing size then it is of concern otherwise it will gradually recover...
