What Causes Recurring Chronic Inflammtory Process Shown In Chest X Ray?

Hi i am ella i have my chest xray 2 months ago and the result is chronic inflammatory process so my doctor advices me to take fixcom 4 for two months after i got my chest x ray and the result is negative chest so i stop my medication after a month i started to cough again and i had also chest pain and my ribs get sore when i coughed so i went to the doctor and told me that i need a another chest x ray and the result is chronic inflammatorry process ang pleural thickening so the doctor told me to take fixcom 3 for 4 months..is my disease contagious should i worry??

I really appreciate your concern, all the x-ray you had gone through suggestive of inflammatory process but underlying cause of inflammation is matter of concern and here in my opinion "Microbial disease" needs to be ruled out instead of taking any medicine without any indication, better to see the chest physician hope this information helps
