What Causes Recurring Cramps In The Right Buttock?

Hi, for a while now, I ve been getting these horribly painful cramps/pains in my right butt cheek. Its like getting a charlie horse in the butt...its horrible. It makes it so I can walk very well without limping or the like. Sometimes I have to fall to the floor to get it to stop and just rest for a while. When it began it happened maybe once a week. Its steadily been getting worse since. As of right now, it has been happening every time I get up and move and I feel it might have something to do with the right side of my lower back or right hip. I m not really sure, but its getting to the point where its going to be troublesome. I don t even want to imagine work tonight with this going on.
