What Causes Recurring Cramps On The Legs And Thighs At Night?
what causes terrible leg cramps at night . they are Charlie horse type cramps but can be in the upper thigh going to the inside to the outter thigh. then the cramping goes to the lower leg. it usually happens to both legs at the same time. The pain I say is an 8 I try to get out of bed to try to walk and it s too painful too move. sometimes they last for 2 hours.
The cramps are due to electrolyte deficiency. Drink oral electrolytes drinks available over the counter before sleep. You can eat bananas twice a day. Avoid stressful work under the sun and keep hydrated throughout the day. You will get well for sure.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
