lots of mornings I have diahrea 3 or 4 times before I leave home. today had 3 bowl moments which were very lose. as I was walking into a store I felt I had messed my pants, it just slipped out. I ran to bathroom and I had a lot of mucus on my pants and went to bathroom some more. went right home was afaird I would go again. I havent but am really scared of what happened.

You have been having diarrhea and lose stools for a long period of time. There are numerous reasons from having diarrhea. First it could be from diet and the different foods you eat. It could be due to absorption problems where you body is not absorbing the food. It could be due to infection from bacteria or even parasites. It could be a motility disorder where your bowels move too quickly and do't allow for food to digest. Lastly it could be from a inflammatory disorder like Crohn's disease.
I recommend since this is going on so long that you see your medical provider to run the appropriate tests to determine the cause of your diarrhea.
