General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It could be a type of migraine. I would suggest to avoid stress, start exercise, avoid unhealthy food, cola, chocolates, and cheese. You may also take simple pain killer medicines to avoid pain but if pain persist then ergotamines may help after discussing with Neurologist.

Hopefully my answer will be helpful. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Maheshwari
