Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Recurring Dizziness And Stinging Pain Around The Right Eye?
I have been getting dizzy most times preceded by a type of stinging pain around the eye socket. This is then followed by stroke like symptoms with the left side of my body not responding. This occurs most commonly in the right eye and left side. I have been tested for strokes etc
It could be a type of migraine. I would suggest to avoid stress, start exercise, avoid unhealthy food, cola, chocolates, and cheese. You may also take simple pain killer medicines to avoid pain but if pain persist then ergotamines may help after discussing with Neurologist.
Hopefully my answer will be helpful. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Maheshwari
