What Causes Recurring Dizziness, Blurred Vision And Tingling In Foot?

I have been having dizziness and blurring of eyes when this dizziness occurs. This has been happening for several weeks. Today I was just sitting in my car, and i felt this dizziness like the world was spinning. I have been losing my balance when I m just doing normal things. Every now and then I will have this wave go over me from top to bottom. It s not a tingling or a feeling like if your foot is asleep. It s a sensation I can t explain. It has kind of a warmth to it. It s happened several times and then after a few seconds it goes away. I have been putting off going to the doctor because I keep thinking it will stop. I don t know whether to go to a neurologist as my mother had an aneurism at 52 or a heart doctor because my dad had a stroke and heart attacks. Is this something I should be concerned about? Diane
