What Causes Recurring Dizziness, Blurry Vision And Impaired Balance?

I had a banana when I was out shopping and about 15 minues later I felt very dizzy and my vision was blurry a little. Had to put my things down and go home. Layed down for a like 20 minutes sitting up since I was still very dizzy, closed my eyes and felt better after. I also was off balance and thought I was going to fall. Thought that was due to the dizziness though. I also took a tylenol thinking it might have been due to some kind of headache. Felt better afterwards but it was scarey. What could have happened?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
hello there

I fully understand your concern

I feel it is an abnormal heart rhythm that led to the episode of dizziness..

You need to consult a cardiologist for an ECG an echocardiogram and

perhaps a 24 hr holter monitoring to resolve this issue.

Hope that was useful for your problem
