What Causes Recurring Ear Infection And Cold When Suffering From Wiseman Syndrome?

My grandchildren are identical twins born with mild beck with wiseman syndrome... They are always sick. Ear infections, colds, strep infections, etc..... They are 18 months old.. Get tested every 90 days... May have to have tubes in ears presently. Are their immune deficiencies with this syndrome? Can t seem to find answers.
