Hi Dear,

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of recurring episodes of fever and cold which is mainly because of respiratory tract infection along with increased susceptibility of getting infected.

Need not to worry about it. You should visit ENT specialist once and get it examined and go for chest X-ray, paranasal sinus x-ray along with blood and sputum test. You should start with proper course of antibiotics along with anti inflammatory medications. Avoid taking cold beverages and spicy and sharp food. Take proper rest without any discomfort. Take water after every few mins.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
