What Causes Recurring Feeling On Heaviness In Arms With Pain In Fingers?
Sometimes my arms feel like they are tired/heavy feeling and also on my right hand my index, middle, and ring finger will have a shooting pain. Also sometimes I feel like if I do not eat something right away I am going to pass out no matter if I have eaten a little or a lot that day.
Generalised cause of fatigue or dizziness should be ruled out.Blood sugar, blood pressure and nutritional deficiency (vitamin b12 ,vitamin d) should be checked.
Writer's cramp affects the fingers, hand or forearm. It is characterised by pain and discomfort while performing fine motor activity such as writing, sewing or playing musical instrument.
Physical and occupational therapy including holding the pen differently, using a different position with paper and pen and using specially made splint can all cause reduce the discomfort.
