What Causes Recurring Fever Along With Diarrhea?

I have been battling some sort of sickness for he last few days with body aches and fever. Last night my fever broke but this afternoon after a bowel movement with diarrhea my fever came back and I could almost pin point the moment the fever came back. So my question is, can a bowel movement bring a fever back?

I have understand your concerns

you have diarrhoea along with fever it is an indication of infective diarrhoea
I can suggest you to get done
CBC
stool routine and culture sensitivity

meanwhile start on tab . orni-o twice daily 5days
tab.dolo 650 thrice daily
cap enterogermina twice for 5 days

after getting the stool culture report we can switch over to specific antibiotic
