What Causes Recurring Fever And Dizziness In A Child?

my 8 year old son has had a fluctuating nfever that worsens in the evening ranging from 99 to 103. alternating tylenol and ibuprophen tend to help a little but its been 4 days. he has one blood shot eye on the right side and he had a nose bleed not huge but some. he complains of dizzyness but no runny poop no vomiting and he is eating and drinking well what should i do
