General & Family Physician 's  Response
1. Typhoid fever causes alteration in temperature control mechanism of body. hence recururrent fever is common. usually no need to take antibiotics. use Paracetamol only.
2. Widal test will be positive for a few months after the attack. It is not a confirmation of Typhoid. Hence Blood citure may become necessary if fever persists.
3. Consult a good physician for further investigation
