What Causes Recurring Fever,voice Hoarseness And Breathlessness In Children?

My 11 year old daughter has fever on and off for 24 hours. Very horse voice but appears her throat is only a little red but feels sore. Breathing was very bad much like croup last night so have been giving her abuterol breathing treatments which have helped. Not sure if I need to take her in for antibiotic or hold off for now. Her last temperature check was 103 so gave her some Motrin.Can you give me a prescription if needed or am I going to have to see someone? As it is night and a weekend I want to avoid going to emergency room or quick care if possible.
