General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The fluttering sensation and pain in the body may be a sign of underlying electrolyte or trace elements imbalance most likely zinc, sodium, potassium or else. Kindly get additional evaluation for the underlying cause and further care depends upon the diagnosis of the cause itself.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
