Hi,

Noted the history about your son having flat feet, using arches to correct it but then started with severe pain in legs and feet, feeling of vibration, and more frequent headache. Doctor wants him to see the Neurologist again.
The cause is obviously the arches which are not adjusted to his requirement hence the bones, the ligaminets, tendon and muscles all are going into sprain and thus causing such severe pain.
First of all stop using the arches.
Consult an Orthopedic Surgeon specialized in such cases for proper clinical evaluation, study CT/MRI as needed and go with the advise by him.
As for the headache the cause can be anything and not related to flat feet.
Hence an opinion of a Neurologist is a great idea swo that a proper evaluation and care can be done, appropriate medications started as per the cause found.
Get a general check up so that blood pressure, kidney problems as a cause of headache can be ruled out.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
