Hi,

Such type of clinical symptoms may result from migraine, tension type headache, cluster headache, raised intracranial or intra-ocular pressure, subdural hematoma, sinusitis etc. The treatment depends on causes. Your uncle should undergo some investigations like CBC with circulating eosinophil count, X-ray PNS O/M view, lumber puncture test etc., to detect the exact culprit for his present sufferings and then treat them accordingly. In the meantime he can take painkillers like Naproxen, Ibuprofen etc., with Flunarizin, Propanolol, anti emetic and anti-ulcerants to subside his present sufferings.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
