What Causes Recurring Headaches And Nausea Post A Head Injury?

My mother hit her head on bathroom sink and had blood. She went to hospital and took xrays and MRI and it was good. She was lucky. Since she came home from hospital she has headache and nausea only when she takes a nap and wakes up with severe nausea What does this mean? thanks

It may be after effects of head Injury.
once again X-ray n CTscan get done.
You can take homoeopatic medicine Arnica 30 (4pills) twicea day..as Homoeopathy doesn't have side effects.
*Ask her to sleep enough n without PILLOW.
*Ask to avoid sudden jerks n movement..
