Hi

I understand your concern.

Dizziness may require neurological work up and examination.
Ear and cochlear examination can help to rule out peripheral vertigo.

For headache and dizziness

You need to investigate yourself.

1st thing is require is fundus examination.

It will shows any papillodeama that suggest raise in interracial tension.
MRI brain will helpful to rule out any pressure producing lesion or space occupying lesions

2nd consultation to ENT specialist

3rd Physical check up and blood pressure monitoring

4th stress free work/ proper sleep/ rest/ health diet/ avoid smoking and drinking etc can help.

5th if all come normal then need to address psychological stress to rule out tension type headache.

so consult and get help.

I hope i have answered your query.
