Hello thanks for asking from HCM

You have headache since long time and they usually last for 6-8 days. You have tried breathing techniques but didnt get relief. Such type of episodic headache could occur due to migrainous headache. The headache usually occurs in fronto-temporal region and is of pulsatile type. I would advise you to avoid excess tea, coffee, alcohol or carbonated beverages. Medicines like amitryptiline, sodium valproate etc prove useful in such type of headache.
For prevention of headache medicines like Propranolol are commonly used.
In severe headache analgesics like aspirin can help. In more severe cases triptans like Sumatriptan or other drugs like flupirtine etc can help.
Consult a neuropsychiatrist for help and prescription of these drugs.

Thanks, hope this helps you.
