What Causes Recurring Headache,sore Throat And Body Pain Inspite Of Taking Ampicillin?

Hi ,My name is sultana living in Afghanistan , I am 29 years old I m allergic WITH dust ,cold and BeautyCosmetics because of that I have sinusitis the problem which I have is headache, cough, red eyes, sore throat ,body pain, fatigue and swelling of eyes burning inside the nose during breathing cold air , I went to the doctor, doctor was given me ampicillin injection during the medicine I was fine but after medicine finished again I am back to that situation now I am only using Rino Clenil Spray that help me little .the question which I am asking is Rino Clenil Spray can treat the sinusitis permanently or not what should I do to get rid of that problem? is allergy have treatment permanently? thanks and best regards,sultana esaqzai

i have gone through your query and being your physician I completely understand your health concerns....
Based upon the history you have provided it appears that you have got chronic sinusitis... This sinusitis is exacerbated by dust allergies and acute bacterial infection...have you done your xray PNS and CT head and neck?
Iny opinion you should visit ENT surgeon he will asses you and carry out any intervention needed to get rid of sinusitis .. If you are allergic to dust or pollen then you have to use anti allergic medications...
Meanwhile stay calm and wear mask and try to avoid exposure to dust and other provoking stimuli.....
Use steam inhalation and antiallerdic medications...and acetaminophen to relieve pain along with nasal decongestants. Like rhinolene nasal drops.
