For recurrent fever, first of all you have to go for blood investigation to isolate the cause. For treatment you can take some antibiotic preferably cefadroxyl or moxikind-cv after an expert advice along with combiflam or ibugesic-plus for high grade fever and red inflamed leg. Take some steroids as suggested by your doctor as the problem is persistent.
