What Causes Recurring Hives, Chest Pain And Difficulty In Breathing?

I have had Hives for 12 days, intermittent chest pain (EKG negative and Troponin levels zero), intermittent difficulty breathing (Both the chest pain as well as the difficulty breathing resolves itself after 20 to 30 minutes.). I have not traveled, started any new meds, eaten anything new, new clothes, perfume, soap, laundry soap, Nothing! The first day it was very mild, day two mild to moderate, day three moderate and then the last 4 days it goes has gone between mild to severe. The last two days I have had EXTREME Fatigue and thirst. I have been treated with IV Pepcid and Benadryl. The Doctor wanted to do Steroids but I am allergic to them. I have also been taking OTC Zertic every 12 hours, OTC name brand Pepcid every 12 hours. I have had no relief! I am desperate and I don t know what is causing this or how to get them to go away!

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it may be idiopathic urticarial and it can be managed with Tab Levocetirizine 10 mg three times in day, most of the time it is self limiting condition and it is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
