What Causes Recurring Increase In Heart Rate With Sharp Pain And Dizziness?

Randomly my heart rate increases while I m relaxing. Sometimes I m at work or even eating. At least 4 to 5 times a day, out of no where. Comes so sudden that it takes my breathe away leaving me with abnormal breathing with a sharp pain near my heart and dizziness. I know I need a see a doctor but what should I say if I was or which test to run?

You can explain to the dr the same way you described now.you require ECG to be done initially which will help in diagnosing your condition.It is better you consult a qualified dr immediately who will do appropriate investigations like ecg,echo,blood and urine work along with physical examination which will help in planning the line of treatment for you.
