What Causes Recurring Infection On The Skin?

Im a 50 yr. old female have always had some kind of skin irratations or skin infections, have gotten little scratch and clean it put neosporan on it bandage it. the normal thing that happens is it turns into staff infection. sometimes it gets better than at later date a week, a month, or months later I get a spot or knot in same place and it pops and heres the infection. why is this? I also get blackheads and acne around my waist area my father had this also, Iv had boils that have had to be lanced.

Skin infections caused by staph bacteria include boils. The most common type of staph infection is the boil, a pocket of pus that develops in a hair follicle or oil gland. The skin over the infected area usually becomes red and swollen.
