Hello,

You are having recurring insect bite like bumps on the arms and legs. Do not scratch bites. They can become infected. Wash the area with soap and water. Maintain hygiene. Apply an ice pack for about 10 mins to reduce itching and swelling. If needed, you can re-apply the ice pack. You can apply hydrocortisone cream to prevent itching.

Apply a mixture of baking soda and water to the affected area, which can help reduce the itch response. Anti-itch cream is also helpful. Since it is getting recurrent. Take antihistamine orally to help relieve itching and to reduce allergic symptoms. Wearing long-sleeved shirts and long pants helps. Treat clothing and beddings with permethrin or wash with hot water frequently.

You should put all your beddings outside in the sun and clean the area where you sleep thoroughly to ensure that no bugs or insects are around. It should go away in a week if not get examined by a dermatologist. you may require long term treatment. Stay away from dust, animal dander, food that triggers such symptoms. Stay away from addictions if any.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Hi,

There are several possible causes for recurring insect bite-like bumps on arms and legs that appear randomly without any visible bug or bite mark. Some of the most common causes include:
* Allergic reactions: You may be having an allergic reaction to something in your environment, such as certain types of plants, fabrics, or chemicals. These reactions can cause itchy, raised bumps that resemble insect bites.
* Contact dermatitis: This is a type of skin inflammation that occurs when your skin comes into contact with an irritant or allergen. Common triggers include poison ivy, cosmetics, and certain fabrics or metals.
* Eczema: Eczema is a chronic skin condition that can cause itchy, red bumps on various parts of the body, including the arms and legs.
* Hives: Hives are itchy, raised bumps that can appear anywhere on the body, including the arms and legs. They can be triggered by a variety of factors, including stress, medications, and allergic reactions.
* Insect bites or stings: It's possible that you are being bitten or stung by insects that you are not able to see. Some insect bites and stings can cause large, swollen welts that last for several days.

If you are experiencing recurring bumps on your arms and legs, it's best to consult with a healthcare professional to determine the underlying cause and appropriate treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
