What Causes Recurring Intense Headaches Along With Fever And Dizziness?

I have been experiencing intense headaches, low grade fever and dizziness. I ve been to the doctor a few times. Last time I was given muscle relaxers and told to take advil. This happens every couple of months and this time it has lasted for over a week. Any ideas?

I really appreciate your concern, it may not be any disease condition but it could nonspecific one still if this is not being investigated then better to get done the blood test and other routine test, ( You have not mentioned anything about the age and gender else something else could have been thought ) hope this information helps.
