What Causes Recurring Itching And Redness In Body When Exposed To Heat?
Yes I get itchy and red when i touch something hot. when i shower with hot water, stir something on the stove, anything that gives heat, can not stay in the sun because my skin gets hot in 5 min., and i start itching. It only last for 5 or 10 min., but i look like i have a 3rd degree burn. HELP

Hi,
You appear to be having a condition called cholinergic urticaria which is not a very well known condition and the exact cause for this condition is not yet known. You can try the following to get some relief. Avoid exposure to heat as much as you can. Wear loose cotton clothes. Shower with cool water. Cool compress with cotton cloth. Avoid skin getting dry.
