Hello I have gone through your question and understand your concern. If different antifungal medications are doing no good, then another disease with similar presentation is scabies. It is caused by an insect not visible to naked human eye but causes rash and eruptions in the folds of skin. Consult a dermatologist if the rash looks like small pustules in the folds of body like between the fingers, elbow pit, arm pit, behind knee, groin and itches during the night time. Test for low immunity conditions like hepatitis, HIV and auto-immune diseases as fungal infections keep coming back even after treatment when the immune system of body is weak paving way for fungus to grow. Hope your concern is answered. Thank you.
