What Causes Recurring Low Grade Fever, Excess Sweating And Tiredness?

My husband has had a recurring , I will call it, jungle virus. For the last year, when he goes to our property in Mexico by the ocean and in the jungle.... he runs a low grade fever, sweats alot and gets clammy with tempature changes. His sweat is fowl smelling. He is lethargic and needs to sleep alot. What thoughts do you have? What type of doctor or tests should he pursue?

Hi

I have gone through your query, i will try to give you suggestion which will be helpful to you.
Based on your husband symptoms I think it could be some sort of mosquito born or tick borne infections. you can consult a general physician for proper evaluation. Meanwhile he can take paracetamol tablet.

I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you. I will be glad to help you in case if you have any further queries.

Thank you
