I had sinusitis at the end of June and went to doctors and had a course of antibiotics which cleared the terrible headache and the congestion, but I haven t felt right since I get very bunged up and have quite alot of flem in the mornings. And the last two weeks I have been getting very nauseous that comes and gos but I will have at some point every day (there s no chance I m pregnant though) and extremely fatigued and I have a sore armpit and was wondering if I should go back to the doctor? I m 20 female, I keep very active in my job as I m a carer I eat fairly well, smoker about 10 a day and no ongoing health conditions.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
1. the symptoms of fatigue and sore armpit suggest infection of lymphglands in armpit. as it is more than one month duration, it is better to check for tuberculosis.
2. consult your physician for detailed chechup.
