What Causes Recurring Numbness And Tingling Sensation On The Ankle And Calf?
On the inside of my left ankle/calf I ve been having numbness and tingling there. It is not constant and comes and goes throughout the day. It doesn t hurt. I do run on the treadmill almost every day also so it might be related to that. If you could help a girl out and let me know what it might be that would be great.
Hi I read your problem so it seems to me that there is nerve compression over L4 L5 vertebrae but firstly rule out, some other causes as hip arthritis, diabetes, varicose vein, intermitten claudication, vit.b complex deficiency, any fall or accident. but nerve compression is involve almost.u didn't tell whether there is only numbess and tingling sensation or pain or tenderness is also do occur. for the further investigation and medication pls consult the orthopaedics or neuro.
