What Causes Recurring Numbness On Left Side Of Face, Dizziness And Hearing Loss?

My husband often feela numb on the left side of his face, gets dizzy and seems to have a loos of hearing and a hard time talking when that happens... It s been oveer 10 years and we re trying to narrow down what it could be, everyone aeems to be at a loss.

Hi,
Thanks for the query. I understand your concern &try to enlighten you for it's management.
The symptoms suggest pressure/kinking of a branch of facial nerve supplying the affected area.
Site of compression can be at cervical spine (cervical spondylosis) as it emerges from spinal canal /local pressure due to cervical rib or some lump in the region.
Diagnosis can be with MRI or CT scan of the region.
Consult a spinal surgeon for his expert sdvise & treatment (physiotherapy /oral or injectable anti inflammmatory drugs o local steroid injection/Surgery )
