Occasionally I get pain behind left eye (feels like when you get a brain freeze from ice cream) when playing tennis. it goes away in about 5-10 minutes when I stop playing. this does not happen all the time. I live in AZ and play in 90+ temps. am 68 and take 10mg of lisiniprol

Hi and welcome to HCM,
PAIN THE EYE HAS TO BE PROPERLY INVESTIGATED TO RULE OUT SERIOUS CAUSES, WHICH COULD EFFECT THE VISION IN THE LONG TERM.
IN YOUR CASE, OCCULAR MIGRAINE COULD BE A POSSIBILITY, BUT YOU NEED TO SEE A DOCTOR WHO WILL INVESTIGATE THE PROBABLE CAUSE.
ALL THE BEST !!!
